IO-Link technology is developed for sensor-to-actor communication. Therefore, IO-Link device developers strongly require an ultra small hardware implementation. For many hardware designers, the physical size constraint is key for integrating the IO-Link capability.

For MESCO, as a service provider for customer specific hardware and software development, cooperation with semiconductor companies offer a great benefit.
